Gulnura Toralieva


Gulnura is a blogger and media activist with over 10 years’ experience in media, governance and civil society development. Gulnura was an adviser to Kyrgyz Prime Minister of Kyrgyz Republic in 2017-2018 and is a former Director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. She heads Bishkek School of Public Relations and is a founding partner in the prestigious Promotank Consulting Company.
