Marek’s career in the media spans 30 years with two decades spent working for the BBC Global News in London as broadcast journalist, editor, producer and reporter.

Since 2005, he has been involved in media development projects in the FSU countries and the Middle East. His expertise includes public service broadcasting, human rights journalism and international news. Marek is also an experienced journalism and media skills trainer in English, Russian and Polish. He has delivered many overseas assignments as a key expert or team leader for international organisations and governmental agencies. In his current role for MediaTaur Ltd, he has directed projects for the European Commission and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
