With more than 30 years’ experience in journalism and broadcasting, Alexander specialises in consulting on editorial policy, information technologies and broadcast scheduling in Central Asia and other FSU countries.

He has cooperated with the BBC and international agencies as a journalism trainer and media expert. He is a former radio and television reporter, documentary ‘lm maker and an ex-director general of radio and television stations.
